Happy Sunday ya'll...you'll see why I said "ya'll" after you check out LisaLisaD1's video on youtube...she's great and has a genuine personality. After that being said, since I don't make youtube videos YET, I'll do the tag as a blog. Now, I think we all know that I don't wear make up on the daily. Ok, I get up at 445'ish and who really wants to pile it on that early? I do try however when time allows. So here are my GO TO products:
I don't use a primer but I do use an SPF 30 moisturizer - Eucerin
foundation - Clinique Superfit in Creamwhip
powder - MAC Studio Tech in NC32
bronzer - MAC Bronzing Powder in Bronze
contour - MAC blush in Harmony
blush - MAC Flirt & Tease
concealer - MAC Studio Finish NW20
eyeshadow base - MAC Bare Canvas
eyeshadow - MAC Smokey Eyes pallette Holiday 09 (I think)
My brushes are as follows:
Back row:
foundation brush - MAC 190
foundation/blending - MAC 187
blush - MAC 129 (?)
contour - MAC 168
Front row:
eyebrow - Smashbox
blending - MAC 217 (I >3 this brush)
pencil - MAC 219 (for the outer V that I can't seem to do)
eyeshadow - MAC 275 (?)
eyeliner - Sonia Kashuk (it's ergonomic)!!!
And my go to POP of color shadow for everyday...
Except I de-potted some of my shadows for my first pallette and now I can't remember the name of the color...it's a pretty purple'ish with gold flecks.
What are you go to's???

REFERRALS...REFERRALS!!!
Anyone out there I have two terrific referrals for wedding vendors.
1.) Arizona Sphinxx Photography. Look no further. Honestly, this is what I was most worried about vendor wise. TO be quite honest, photography is the single most expensive part of a wedding budget. We looked at photographers who were $2k and above. By chance, I jumped on craigslist and found the sweetest photographer. Christina and Cliff sat with Nick and I at Starbucks for a good two hours and we pecked back and forth at each other. We were able to establish a great relationship and we just "clicked". I'm now sad that we can't work with them anymore. The best way to pay them back is by referral. I think we paid $500 for our whole package and that included an engagement session...two hours at the baseball park in July...they're troopers. Christina and Cliff, thank you again!!!

2.) Make-up by Camille. I found Camille through someone I went to elementary school with and I'm glad he did. She is now my new hairdresser...Camille will come to you to do your hair and make up. I don't even think I showed her a picture of what I wanted all I did was describe to her what I was visioning and BOOM...it's was exactly what I wanted. I don't have a link for Camille but if you want her info go ahead and comment!!!

Starting over...
Ok, seeing as how I have NO followers...I'm really going to try and spaz this thing up...because honestly, I DO have fun blogging...when I did. Anywho, I'm going to be posting this to my FB account and see how many people I can get to follow me!!!
I'll start with a couple new things going on...NICK AND I ARE NOW MARRIED...but I guess I already knew that.
The day was beautiful and went mostly as planned with the exclusion of the cake issue...but I wasn't too worried about it. No Bridezilla here. Our wedding was fabulous for us. It may not be anyone elses dream wedding, but it was OUR dream wedding. I think people make it harder than what it really is. I mean all you really need is family, food and music. If you're crafty (or have crafty friends...CYNTHIA) - it's a cinch. We literally made all of our wedding decorations. We had our reception at the Base which was really nice on their golf course.
I got my bouquet from Safeway...I priced bouquets at a normal florist and they were going to charge me $200-250 for what I wanted which was just white roses and pinkish orchids. Went to Safeway and she charged me $80!!!
Got my dress on ebay...thanks Tar-Bear...it was an older Maggie Sottero (style Valencia) which was normally about $5k...didn't pay half of that...my dress only cost me $300...
